Do these drills as much as you can. It will make you a harder thrower. Hop drill. Explosive weight transfer. Do these a little bit each time you are throwing. it will show up.
Long toss - Aim for partner's chest. Follow through on the throw, taking 3 to 5 steps toward the target for longer distances. Do 10 throws at each distance, 30, 60, 90 and 120 feet. Incorporate this into your warm up routine.
